How does you newsletter list work?
We attempt to mail every customer who signs up for our mailing list at least once a year. We send out news, information, and special offers via email so we encourage al of our customers to enroll their email address on our web site.
What is your return policy?
No sale is ever final. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for a refund minus the postage to and from. You have to mail back the complete package within 30 days of the day postmarked on the envelope.
How long does it normally take for my order to arrive?
From November 1st to November 30th it could take up 6 to 7 business days for your child to
receive their package. From December 1st on it could take a bit longer on the Deluxe and Premium orders due to our letter/packages being in high demand this year. Please be patient as we like to take our time to ensure that each child's package is shipped out correctly and everything looks perfect for shipping. We fullfill each order on a first come first service basis. So make sure you place your order as soon as possible. Thank you.
Where is my package?
We take every precaution to ensure that each package is matches the order form shipping address for each child listed. Once we put the shipping label on each package and pay the USPS to mail the packages it is then up to the post office to deliver the package or letters. Since we offer free shipping on all of our packages we do not offer tracking or insurance. If for some reason you ordered a package and it has never arrived...please let us know so that we can contact the USPS and see if it's hung up at the post office. We will also offer a free package for Easter from the Easter bunny.
What if I need to make a correction or have a special request?
We ask you to please call and speak to one of the elves here in the workshop. This way we can make sure the address will get changed. At times emails do not go through correctly or may pour over into the spam box so please make sure you always call and speak to one of the elves. If ou have a special request please feel free to call and ask us. We will try our best to help each and every person.
